Don Denyes and
his wife Nancy have five daughters: Kari (Mrs. Andrew Dressler), Kristin, Kim,
Katie, Kendra and two grandsons, Noah and Benjamin Dressler.
Dr. Denyes graduated from Bob Jones University, Greenville, SC (BA Bible),
Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, PA (MA New Testament) and
Gordon-Conwell Seminary, South Hamilton, MA (D.Min. Homiletics).
He pastored churches in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan before beginning
his ministry at South in March 1995.
Don is the Baseball Chapel representative for the Lansing Lugnuts (a
minor league affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays) and has been a Board Member at
Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids since 1997
In addition to his busy work schedule, Pastor Denyes enjoys golf and
is an enthusiastic baseball fan. He also takes pleasure in adding
to his extensive theological library.
